Tasting Notes

Colour

Deep burnished amber with coppery-gold highlights and a whisper of mahogany at the rim.

Nose

Opulent sherry-soaked depth opens with dark fruit and raisin, candied orange peel and fig, layered over walnut and almond notes. Caramel, vanilla, and cocoa mingle with toasted oak, leather, and spice, yielding a warm, inviting aroma of aged elegance.

Palate

Sherry-cask nuance blankets the palate with plush raisin and fig sweetness, entwined with dark chocolate and orange zest. Velvety mouthfeel supports a delicate spice core—cinnamon and nutmeg—over toasted oak, finishing long, warm, and lightly nutty.

Finish

Long, silky finish of chocolate and dried fruit, subtly cushioned by sherry sweetness, carried by toasted oak and gentle spice that linger warmly on the palate.
