Palate

Ripe dried fruits and toffee rise on the palate, fused with rich sherry sweetness. Fig and raisin mingle with dark chocolate, cinnamon and nutmeg, while creamy oak lends a silky edge. A touch of gentle smoke rounds the mid-palate, finishing long, warm, and nutty with cocoa and caramel.
