Colour

Radiant golden amber with sunlit honey highlights.

Nose

Bright orchard fruits, pear and apple, lifted by citrus zest, with vanilla cream and softly malted sweetness. A gentle sherry whisper adds warmth, while almond and light spice linger in a poised, inviting aroma.

Palate

Silky, medium-bodied, the palate offers apple and pear with honeyed vanilla. Sherry-cask influence brings dried fig, raisin, cocoa, and toasted almond, sharpened by hints of spice. A warm, lingering finish of creamy oak and fruit.

Finish

Sherry-kissed and incredibly persistent, this finish coats the palate with ripe dried fruits—figs and raisins—complemented by toasted almond, dark chocolate, and a ribbon of orange zest. Spices—cinnamon and clove—linger, fading to a warm, honeyed oak glow.
