Tasting Notes

Colour

Sunlit golden amber with a warm honey glow and a delicate copper shimmer.

Nose

Open, delicate and inviting: orchard apples and pears mingle with bright citrus, a drizzle of honey and vanilla, and a whisper of light oak. Subtle spice frames the profile, while fresh barley sweetness lingers, hinting at refined Highland malt.

Palate

Silky, medium-bodied with a gentle sherried sweetness. Ripe orchard fruits, soft vanilla, almond and spice ride a subtle oak backbone, finishing with orange zest, cocoa and a warm, lingering glow.

Finish

Silky and medium-long, the finish reveals soft sherry-cask sweetness—raisin and fig notes with toasted oak. A gentle spice lingers, giving a nutty, citrus-kissed echo that fades to warm, refined sweetness.
