Colour

Golden amber with warm coppery undertones.

Nose

Bright orchard fruits and ripe pear drift alongside citrus zest, wrapped in vanilla-kissed toffee. A soft oak underpinning with almond notes and a whisper of sherry sweetness lends warmth, while a delicate malt sweetness lingers.

Palate

Silky and creamy on the palate, it opens with orchard fruits—pear and apple—woven with vanilla and toffee. Sherry cask influence adds dried fruit, cocoa and a whisper of orange zest, while gentle spice and soft oak frame the mid-palate, delivering a refined sweetness and a warm, lingering finish.

Finish

Long, elegant finish of orchard fruits and vanilla, fading into toasted oak. Subtle sherry sweetness and dried-fruit notes linger, accompanied by a gentle kiss of spice.
