Peat smoke rolls in bold yet refined, with briny coastal notes and a touch of medicinal iodine. Zest of orange and lemon lifts the glass as vanilla, dried fruit and cocoa from sherry casks weave through. Oak spice and a mineral edge frame a smoky, warming aroma.

Palate

Heavy peat coats the palate with medicinal coastal smoke, a waxy mouthfeel clinging to the tongue. Iodine, ash and brine mingle with dark fruit and fig from the sherry cask, while vanilla and spice lift the mid-palate. The finish is long and warming, carrying notes of cocoa, leather and maritime salt.
