Created using a mashbill of 70% Corn, 15% Wheat & 15% Malted Barley, Leiper's Fork bourbon whiskey is aged for a minimum of 4 years in new American oak and bottled in bond.
Heady aromas of freshly made pralines coated in rich chocolate beautifully blends with notes of antique oak and fig jam. Delightful flavours of butterscotch, sweet herbs, and dried citrus coat the palate. The finish is a complex balance of fresh mint, luxardo cherries and maple cinnamon cookies.
