Tasting Notes

Nose

Bold, unfiltered aroma of toasted American oak, vanilla bean and caramel, with wisps of brown sugar and toffee. Spices—cinnamon, clove and a hint of pepper—rise above leather and dried fruit, all carried on the warm, resinous backbone of the cask.
