Palate
Peat smoke and maritime brine sweep across the tongue, unfolding a sherried sweetness of dark fruit—raisin, fig, a hint of prune—balanced by orange zest, cocoa and a touch of toffee. Silky yet assertive, with peppery spice and a drying, maritime finish that lingers with warm oak and soft smoke.
Finish
An enduring, smoky finish lingers with coastal peat and sea-salt, caressing the palate. Warmth tapers to a whisper of oak and spice, leaving a clean, softly peated afterglow.
