Colour
Deep amber with coppery highlights and a bronze-tinged rim.
Nose
Peat smoke and maritime brine lead the aroma, with iodine and sea spray woven through waxy citrus. Beneath, gentle vanilla and orchard fruit from well-aged oak.
Palate
Peat smoke coats the palate with a briny, maritime edge, revealing honeyed barley and a kiss of vanilla. Citrus zest brightens the middle, while soft oak spice deepens the body, finishing with drying smoke, sea-salt, and a deft mineral tang.
Finish
Long, maritime peat knit with sea-salt and ash, fading to a gentle, sherried sweetness. Dried fruit, cocoa and a whisper of spice linger on the palate, leaving a warm, resinous finish that persists with elegant sophistication.
