Tasting Notes

Colour

Radiant golden amber with sunlit honey hues.

Nose

Ripe strawberries mingle with wisps of woodsmoke, while pineapple and cherry add tropical sweetness, rounded with a delicate coconut undertone.

Palate

Peppery start with light cream and coconut oil texture, followed by warming allspice and vanilla, finishing with a bright cherry-pie sweetness that lingers on the palate.

Finish

A long, elegant finish of fennel and aniseed, weaving with caramelized grilled pineapple, then a quiet note of black tea that lends depth and a refined, warming tail.
