Nose

A soft coastal perfume—honeyed apples and pears blossoming into fig and raisin from sherry cask influence. Vanilla, toasted almond and warm toffee layer with orange zest, while a whisper of sea air and salt-kissed brine completes the Jura island aroma.

Palate

Silky and medium-bodied with a pronounced sherried sweetness. Ripe dried fruit, fig and date mingle with creamy toffee and vanilla, while cocoa and subtle spice emerge. A touch of sea-brine and oak linger, finishing warm and gently nutty.

Finish

Coastal and refined, the finish glides with sea salt and caramel, then deepens into sherry-softened dried fruit, cocoa and toasted oak. Spices linger—cinnamon and nutmeg—warming gently as Jura’s island character fades to a clean, maritime echo.
