With a history that can be traced back to the beginnings of Kentucky whiskey, the Pepper brand really hit the heights in the early part of the 20th century, although the brand fell on hard times and had disappeared by the end of the century. Now back with this flavourful whiskey, with notes of mint, cloves, eucalyptus, chocolate, and honey.

Minty and peppery at the outset, with cloves and a cooling kiss of eucalyptus. The mid-palate reveals bittersweet chocolate swirled with honey, balancing spice with velvet sweetness. A full, silky mouthfeel leads to a long, elegant finish.
