Tasting Notes

Nose

A decadent nose of chocolate and butter brioche, lifted by toasted vanillin oak. Dark citrus with orange and cinnamon blends into a delicate hint of anise and mint.

Palate

Honeycomb, zest orange, dark chocolate, buttery flapjacks, caramelised peaches, vanilla fudge, touch of clove.

Finish

More dark chocolate and orange, buttery and malty with vanilla, cinnamon and clove. A juicy and syrupy but not too sweet Bourbon with some pleasing spice and chocolate honeycomb notes.
