Tasting Notes

Colour

Rich amber with coppery highlights and a warm, honeyed glow.

Nose

A decadent nose of chocolate and butter brioche, lifted by toasted vanillin oak. Dark citrus with orange and cinnamon blends into a delicate hint of anise and mint.

Palate

On the palate, honeycomb sweetness leads into bright orange zest, dark chocolate and buttery flapjacks. Caramelised peaches mingle with vanilla fudge, while a touch of clove lingers, adding warmth and a balanced spice.

Finish

Dark chocolate and orange linger, carried by a buttery, malty core with vanilla, cinnamon and clove. Juicy and syrupy without being sweet, the finish unfolds into chocolate honeycomb and a warm, spice-kissed fade.
