Distillery Bottling

Aged for 8 years in 53 charred American new oak barrels, this Bourbon is distilled from a mash bill comprising 80% corn, 10% rye and 10% barley. The new make spirit is filtered through sugar maple charcoal prior to entering barrels for aging, this helps to mellow and smooth the Whiskey, resulting in a rich, creamy smooth taste.

Colour

Rich deep amber with copper-gold hues and a warm mahogany edge, glowing with honeyed caramel undertones.

Nose

Orange curd and buttery oak lead the nose, interwoven with sweet popcorn and caramel, inviting a creamy, comforting aroma.

Palate

Vanilla fudge, milk chocolate and toasty oak, with cinnamon and a crack of black pepper.

Finish

Orange chocolate lingers into a creamy, velvety finish, leaving a soft, long-lasting sweetness that coats the palate with satin-smooth warmth.
