Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with a radiant copper-gold glow, a honeyed caramel core shaded by mahogany-tinged edges.
Nose
Vanilla and caramel lead, wrapped in toasted oak and brown sugar. Subtle citrus zest and baking spice mingle with maple sweetness, while a whisper of leather and a trace of charcoal deepen the aroma. Rich, inviting, and distinctly Tennessee in character.
Palate
Ripe vanilla and caramel open the palate, joined by toasted oak and a bright note of orange zest. Silky sweetness evolves into spiced brown sugar, cinnamon and clove, with subtle rye zing and a dry, smoky oak finish. Full-bodied and refined, the whiskey carries a warm, lingering kiss of barrel character at 45% ABV.
Finish
Long, luxurious finish with creamy vanilla and toasted oak at the fore, evolving into caramel and spice. A subtle cocoa and dried-fruit undertone threads through, leaving a warm, lingering tail that softly coats the palate.
