Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with luminous honey-gold highlights and coppery flashes.
Nose
Opulent vanilla and caramel lead into toasted oak, with orange zest and brown spice weaving through. A subtle charcoal nuance and a touch of caramel-laden sweetness lend a refined, elevated Tennessee whiskey aroma.
Palate
Concentrated and suave on the palate, with caramel and vanilla leading into toasted oak and toffee. Rich spices—cinnamon, clove, nutmeg—unfold against a warming 47% backbone, delivering a silky, peppery bite. Single-barrel intensity coats the mouth, finishing long with oak, subtle chocolate, and a refined, lingering warmth.
Finish
Long, luxurious finish of caramel, vanilla and toasted oak, with a kiss of spice. Subtle char smoke lingers as dark fruit and toffee notes drift away, leaving a refined, velvety warmth.
