Palate
Rye-forward and warmly spicy, the palate opens with peppery rye, cinnamon and clove, lightly brushed with vanilla, caramel and toasted oak. Rich toffee and orange zest weave through the mid-palate, while cacao and almond add depth. The finish is creamy and medium-long, carrying lingering spice, gentle oak, and a subtle sweet smoke.
