Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with coppery highlights and a warm honey-gold glow.
Nose
Vanilla bean, caramel and toasted oak greet the nose, with wisps of cinnamon and clove spice. Bright citrus zest and orchard fruit add lift, while a silky sweetness and subtle char deepen the bouquet. The 47% ABV lends a confident, collected intensity.
Palate
Opulent and full-bodied on the palate, this Single Barrel reveals caramelized vanilla and toasted oak, braided with brown sugar and orchard citrus zest. Rich dark chocolate and espresso threads mingle with cinnamon, nutmeg and a touch of black pepper. Silky yet structured texture, finishing long with warm oak, spice and a whisper of tobacco.
Finish
Long and warm, the finish unfolds with toasted oak, vanilla and caramel that linger gracefully. Subtle citrus zest and spiced warmth drift through the tail, while tobacco and a whisper of charcoal leave a refined, lasting resonance at the 47% ABV.
