Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with copper-gold highlights and a warm honey glow.
Nose
Opulent vanilla and caramel lead the aroma, rounded by toasted oak and brown sugar. Subtle maple, milk chocolate, and citrus zest weave through the sweetness, while a whisper of baking spice adds elegance. A light charcoal glow lingers, inviting a warming, refined Tennessee whiskey profile.
Palate
Full-bodied and velvety, it coats the palate with a warm, peppery spine. Caramel and vanilla lead, then brown sugar and maple mingle with toasted oak. Subtle orange zest and cocoa lift the mid-palate, while cinnamon and black pepper sharpen the spice. The finish is long and oak-drenched, with lingering sweetness and a gentle, resonant heat.
Finish
Long, warm finish that coats the palate with creamy vanilla and caramel, framed by toasted oak. A measured spice emerges—peppery, with hints of citrus—while the 50% ABV lingers, tapering to a dry, refined fade.
