Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with coppery-gold highlights and a warm mahogany edge.
Nose
Rich vanilla and toasted oak lead, lifted by caramel and brown sugar. Subtle notes of raisin and orange zest emerge beside a whisper of charcoal smoke, with warm spices, cinnamon and nutmeg, finishing on a hint of leather.
Palate
Full-bodied and velvety, this single-barrel delivers a confident warmth at 50% ABV. Vanilla and caramel unfold over toasted oak, with subtle notes of maple, dried fruit, and citrus zest. Spices—cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg—join a whisper of charred charcoal, building to a long, oak-driven finish with refined heat.
Finish
Long and luxurious, the finish pours vanilla-caramel sweetness over toasted oak, with a quiet spice that blooms into cinnamon and white pepper. The warmth lingers gracefully, fading to a refined oak echo with hints of cocoa and citrus zest.
