Tasting Notes
Colour
Rich, deep amber with honey-gold highlights and a warm copper edge.
Nose
Powerful yet refined, the nose delivers vanilla bean and caramel, tempered by toasted oak and a whisper of char. Layered fruit—ripe apples with hints of orange zest—emerge with maple sweetness, while baking spices, cinnamon and clove, add warmth. A subtle tobacco-woodiness and a touch of leather finish the elegant, inviting aroma.
Palate
Silky yet robust on the palate, this single-barrel Tennessee whiskey delivers a bold caramel-vanilla sweetness that deepens into dark toffee and toasted oak. Spices bloom—cinnamon, clove, a touch of pepper—carried by a creamy, slightly oily mouthfeel. The finish is long and warm, with oak and cacao notes lingering gracefully.
Finish
Long, warm finish coats the palate with vanilla and caramel, framed by toasted oak. Cinnamon and a touch of pepper weave through the sweetness, fading into cocoa and a whisper of oak smoke. A refined, lingering warmth that stays with you.
