Tasting Notes
Colour
Warm amber with sunlit honey-gold highlights and a coppery glow.
Nose
Warm vanilla and caramel rise from toasted oak, with a soft corn sweetness at the core. A deft touch of charcoal lends polish and smoothness, while citrus zest and light spice brighten the aroma, evoking the distillery’s daily craft and the craftsmanship behind this classic Jack Daniel’s.
Palate
Silky and medium-bodied, it opens with caramelized corn, vanilla, and toffee, lifted by toasted oak and a whisper of spice. A charcoal-mellowed backbone smooths mid-palate richness, leading to a warm, honeyed finish with citrus zest and a hint of pepper.
Finish
Silky and forgiving, the finish opens with creamy vanilla and caramel, wrapped in toasted oak. A subtle spice thread lingers, carried by a gentle char and a warm, enduring length that fades to a soft, comforting glow.
