Nose
Toasted oak and vanilla fuse with caramel and brown sugar, while bright rye spice—white pepper, cinnamon, clove—lingers. Hints of maple, citrus zest, and creamy oak meet a subtle leather and smoky nuance from the heritage barrels, yielding confectionery warmth.
Palate
Bold, toasty oak anchors a bright rye spice, opening to caramel-vanilla sweetness. Cinnamon, clove and black pepper weave with cocoa and a whisper of tobacco, all carried on a creamy, full-bodied palate. A gentle char and subtle smoke linger into a warm, persistent finish from the elevated ABV.
