Colour

Ripe orchard fruit leads with apple and pear, brightened by orange zest. Vanilla and honeyed malt mingle with toffee, while sherry echoes bring dried cherries, fig and almond. A gentle oak embrace and a whisper of spice finish with quiet elegance.

Palate

Silky and well-balanced, this Highland malt pours with honeyed sweetness, then unfolds dried fig and raisin notes from the sherry cask, layered with toasted almond, orange zest, and subtle cocoa; velvety oak and a gentle spice linger into a refined finish.

Finish

Long, elegant finish with a soft sherried sweetness—figs, raisins and orange peel. Subtle spice and cocoa-touched oak linger, delivering a warm, velvety afterglow that invites the next sip.
