Colour
Deep amber with a burnished copper glow and a touch of mahogany.
Nose
Opulent sherry-driven nose, with dark plum, fig and raisin folded into plush toffee and walnut. Warm spices—cinnamon and clove—drift over polished oak, cocoa nibs, and a hint of orange zest. Luxuriously velvety, it promises depth and quiet elegance.
Palate
Silky and richly sherried on the palate, with dark fig and plum syrup, toasted almond, cocoa, and candied orange rind. Full-bodied yet elegant, the texture velvety, carrying gentle spice, clove, and oak sweetness. Long, warm finish reveals dried fruit and cocoa nibs.
Finish
An enduring, satin finish that slowly unfolds with dried fruits, dark chocolate and espresso, a whisper of orange zest and spice. Velvet oak and a touch of sherry sweetness linger, fading to a warm, polished glow that invites the next sip.
