The Chardonnay for this wine is sourced from the finest parcel of clone 95 vines, rooted in thin topsoil and flint that stretch across 160 metres of chalk. Carefully hand-harvested, the grapes yield a Blanc de Blancs of remarkable clarity and finesse.

The Hundred Hills Blanc de Blancs showcases exceptional purity, opening with aromas of white flowers, lemon cream, and bright citrus. The palate is pristine and crystalline, with a delicate autolytic brioche character emerging alongside a refined mineral edge and a vibrant core of well-defined fruit.

Signature Rose:

Crafted in limited quantities, this rosé blends vibrant Pinot Noir from the Winery Bank Vineyard—a site renowned for drawing out the grape’s deepest intensity—with Chardonnay from the Meadow Woods Vineyard. Hand-harvested grapes lend precision and purity to the final wine. From an exceptional Pinot Noir vintage, this fresh, mineral-driven rosé opens with expressive floral aromas, leading into a palate bursting with summer berries, red plums, and blackberries.
