Tasting Notes

Colour

Golden amber with a warm honey glow and a touch of copper at the rim, a rich, inviting hue.

Nose

A warm, inviting bouquet of biscuits and melted butter, mingled with caramel, framed by rich oak and a delicate touch of seashells, lending a coastal mineral lift to the Speyside malt.

Palate

Silky white chocolate blankets the palate, balanced by cereal sweetness and honey. Toasted almonds add nutty depth, while a white pepper kiss primes a bright, lingering finish.

Finish

Peppery and refined, the finish blends mild chilli and spice with delicate elderflowers and savoury biscuits, finishing with a peppery kick on the back-end.
