Colour

Nose

Opulent and fruit-forward, with ripe blackberry, plum and fig jam leading the nose. Banyuls cask influence pours through as red currant, raisin and candied fruit, intertwined with caramelized oak, vanilla and a whisper of cinnamon and clove. A lush, dessert-wine sweetness threads through the aroma, inviting the palate.

Palate

Velvet, medium-bodied and richly fruity, it opens with ripe fig, sun-dried plum, blackberry and cassis, woven with cacao, toffee and vanilla. The Banyuls finish lends syrupy raisin sweetness balanced by gentle spice and oak, delivering a long, warm finish suffused with red-fruited elegance.
