Out of stock
This heavily-peated Highland whisky hails from one of Scotland’s oldest distilleries, just outside the picturesque village of Crieff. Although this small distillery is known for its unpeated style, it also produces a powerful peated distillate known as Ruadh Maor.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with copper-bronze hues and a hint of mahogany at the rim.
Nose
Fat, smoky aromas of bacon and seaweed with citrus zest and new leather; remarkably coastal for a landlocked Highland whisky.
Palate
Powerful peat smoke carries into tobacco and rich fruit, notably overripe blood orange, with a distinctly coastal tang. The sea-breeze edge lingers on a long, smoky finish, lightly seasoned by oak and spice.
Finish
A long finish lingers with oak and spice, weaving through the fading, ashy smoke.
