The Alistair Walker Whisky Company was founded in 2018 and specialises in bottling Single Cask releases of Scotch Single Malt and Single Grain whiskies. The inaugural release of their flagship brand "Infrequent Flyers" was released in July 2019, with the focus being on lesser known distilleries that are of excellent quality, but have never been widely or consistently available. All small batch releases that are bottles at cask strength, with natural colour, and un-chill filtered.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with coppery highlights and a warm mahogany edge, a Marsala-kissed, sun-warmed glow.
Nose
An immediate umami aroma, savory and smoky, with crisp bacon and smoked haddock lending a maritime, appetizing allure.
Palate
The palate unfolds with intense sweetness and fruit—apricots and marmalade—lifted by a savory umami core. Rich, full-bodied and oil-smooth, it carries smoky barbecued-meat notes that amplify the sweetness, finishing long, warming, and subtly smoky.
Finish
An enduring finish that is bold and smoky, tempered by a warm Marsala sweetness. Peat smoke lingers with caramelized fruit notes, gradually softening into a velvet sweetness that coats the palate and invites another sip.
