Tasting Notes
Colour
Dense mahogany amber with coppery highlights and a ruby-tinted glow.
Nose
Sherry aromas interweave with sticky toffee apple and candied orange, while stewed prunes, sultanas and dates mingle with woody and leather undertones.
Palate
Rich and mouth-coating, the palate unfolds with candied orange and lemon peel, backed by dark chocolate and treacle. Red apple notes weave through hazelnut and walnut, with warm, fresh-baked panettone flavours lingering.
Finish
A drying finale of nutty tones lingers, brightened by citrus highlights that echo long after the sip.
