Deep burnished amber with copper-gold highlights and a subtle mahogany edge—a warm, sherry-kissed hue that promises richness.
Nose
An elegant, multi-layered nose with sherry-kissed richness and bright lift. Sun-warmed dried fruit and orchard apple mingle with poached pear, orange zest, vanilla, and toffee. Warming oak spices—nutmeg, cinnamon—leave a waxy honey glow, while a subtle almond depth hints at the cask variety. A Trinity-infused aroma of depth and refinement.
Palate
Silky and multi-layered, the palate balances intensity with the lightness of three contrasting casks. Sherry-influenced notes of dried fruit, cocoa and toffee mingle with vanilla, orange zest and polished oak, with a gentle spice. Creamy texture, medium body, and a long, refined finish that lingers with warmth.
Finish
Long, elegant finish that lingers with sherry-dark fruit, cocoa and toasted oak, threaded by fine spice. A warm, refined farewell that fades slowly, leaving a silky sweetness and delicate nuttiness to echo.
