This 30 year old has been derived from a selection of the rarest casks found in their traditional Dunnage Warehouses. The change of distillery owners through three decades has led to important learnings through time. This preservation and growth of knowledge has been pivotal in crafting this elegant single malt. This expression is an Extremely Scarce Batch made up of only 750 bottles.

Colour
Deep amber-gold with coppery highlights and a whisper of mahogany along the rim.
Nose
Opulent sherry-soaked nose with dark plum, raisin and fig compote, woven with toasted almond and candied orange zest. Hints of vanilla, honey and rich oak rise to mingle with mocha, a whisper of leather and tobacco, finishing in warm, time-honed sweetness that hints at decades in the cask.
Palate
Silky and refined, it coats the palate with raisin and fig sweetness, framed by velvet oak. Dark chocolate, toffee and orange zest unfold with whispers of cinnamon and nutmeg, then a restrained sherry-backed finish. Long, elegant and warm, with walnut and refined oak lingering.
Finish
Silky and long, this finish unfurls with regal warmth. Dark dried fruits mingle with cocoa, fig and almond, carried by sherry-soft spice and a whisper of leather. Oak and time linger on the palate, the memory of Dunnage warehouses guiding a refined, luxurious afterglow that slowly dissolves into sweetness.
