Colour

Deep burnished amber with mahogany undertones and a warm copper-gold glow.

Nose

Sherry-seasoned first-fill European and American oak lends a lush aroma: dark fig and raisin, orange zest, cocoa and caramel, toasted almond. Spices—cinnamon, clove, nutmeg—rise with vanilla, leather and tobacco, all carried on a warm, resinous oakiness from aged Dunnage warehouses.

Palate

Silky, elegant on the palate with a refined balance of dark fruit and spice. Dried fig and plum mingle with walnut, almond and a touch of cocoa, all crowned by sherry sweetness. Subtle vanilla and integrated oak tannins from first-fill European and American casks provide structure, leading to a long, warming finish.

Finish

A long, refined finish that lingers with velvety Sherry sweetness—dried fig and raisin, orange zest and dark cocoa—woven with toasted spice. Oak gives a warm echo of leather and espresso, gradually fading into a graceful, elegant whisper.
