The Glenturret understand the importance of their refill casks. Holding their Whisky more than once, these casks deliver a gentle oak influence and allow the original character of the spirit to sing. The Glenturret Fifteen Year Old combines mature refills with a selection of first fill European Oak casks to create a rich Whisky, laden with sweet fruits and spices at an elevated strength of 53% ABV.

Colour
Rich golden amber with coppery sheen and subtle mahogany undertones.
Nose
Ripe orchard fruits—apple, pear and plum—rise from honeyed vanilla and gently toasted oak. A veil of spice—cinnamon, nutmeg and clove—threads through the aroma, adding warmth and sophistication. The bouquet hints at richness to come, balanced by refined oak influence.
Palate
Silky and robust, the palate opens to orchard fruits—apple, pear—with fig and raisin, kissed by toffee and dark chocolate. Spices emerge slowly: cinnamon, clove, ginger, braided with refined oak from both refill and first-fill European casks. The 53% ABV delivers warm depth, guiding a long, polished finish where sweetness lingers beside a poised oak note.
Finish
Long, warming finish of ripe fruits and spices, carried by refined oak with a gentle peppery lift from the 53% ABV, fading into a velvety, lingering sweetness.
