Palate

Lush sherried fruit unfolds—fig, raisin and apricot—swathed in creamy vanilla and polished oak. Rich toffee and cocoa layers emerge, lifted by bright orange zest and subtle spice of clove and nutmeg. The texture is velvety and full, finishing long with dark fruit, toasted almond, and a refined oak echo.

Finish

Long, elegant finish of dried fruit and citrus peel, entwined with toffee and spice. Sherry richness lingers, yielding cocoa, almond, and polished oak as the 50.5% ABV warmth softly fades.
