Tasting Notes
Colour
Radiant amber-gold with copper undertones and a sunlit honey-bronze glow.
Nose
Opulent notes of chocolate truffles and butterscotch mingle with spicy vanilla pods and coconut, unfolding into black cherry and orange fondant. A touch of charred, toasted oak adds structure, delivering a warm, resinous smoke that lures the senses toward a luxurious, Highlands-spun reserve.
Palate
Bold oak coats the palate, drawn from Missouri virgin oak. Black cherry and orange-peach juice mingle with creamy popcorn, creme brulee tops, and charred vanilla. Coconut fudge and aromatic spices weave through, finishing with dark chocolate, marzipan, and a lingering toasted vanilla warmth.
Finish
Long and luxurious, the finish unfurls with rum truffles and black cherry compote, folds in dark chocolate and marzipan, and leaves a lingering echo of toasted vanilla and aromatic spices that fade with refined warmth.
