Palate

Full-bodied and velvety, it coats the palate with rich first-fill Oloroso sherry: dried fig, raisin and toffee mingle with orange zest, cocoa and burnt sugar. Spices—cinnamon and clove—kiss vanilla and almond notes, while the cask-strength heat adds a warming backbone. Long, dried-fruit driven finish with oak and cocoa lingering.

Finish

Long and velvety, the finish is drenched in first-fill Oloroso complexity: dark raisin and fig unfold with orange zest, toasted almond and cocoa. Warming spice and oak linger, drying to a refined, nutty afterglow that slowly fades.
