Sherry-influenced and warmly inviting: dried plum and raisin mingle with toffee, vanilla and orange zest; almond biscuit notes, honeyed malt, and gentle oak spice. A refined, Highland aroma with a subtle cocoa finish.
Palate
Silky, honeyed malt leads with orchard fruit and a whisper of citrus zest. Sherry-soft sweetness unfolds mid-palate with fig and raisin, touched by toasted almond and oak. Warm spice—cinnamon and ginger—lingers into a balanced, creamy finish of malt and subtle sweetness.
Finish
Warm and lingering, with toasted oak and sherry depth carrying the last whispers of fruit. Dried red berries, candied orange, and cocoa unfold, braided with gentle cinnamon and nutmeg. Silky and long, fading to vanilla, almond, and a resinous oak that lingers with quiet sophistication.
