Silky and balanced, the palate reveals mellow vanilla and caramel from the bourbon influence, layered with shERRY-derived dried fruit notes: raisin and fig, with a hint of orange peel. Subtle spice, toasted oak, and cocoa meld mid-palate, finishing long, warm, and refined with a soft, nutty sweetness.
Finish
Lingering and refined, this 18-year finale coats the palate with sherry-soft sweetness and oak-warmed depth. Dried orange, raisin and cocoa unfold into toasted almond and spice, slowly fading to vanilla and a silky tannic kiss that invites the next sip.
