Nose

Fresh orchard fruit and honeyed vanilla lead the nose, lifted by soft sherry oak from the casks. Subtle almond and toffee mingle with a warm, creamy sweetness, touched by a delicate spice. An inviting, refined aroma that hints at mellow oak and fruity richness.

Palate

Silky and gently sweet on the palate, with pear and honey leading to vanilla and toffee. Subtle sherry notes from the oak mingle with toasted American and European cask flavours, adding warmth and light spice. The texture is smooth and balanced, finishing clean with a soft, nutty fade.

Finish

Silky, medium-long finish infused with gentle oak and sherry sweetness; toasted vanilla and honeyed fruit linger, with a subtle spice that warms the palate and fades slowly.
