Sherry-kissed aromas blend raisins and fig with orange zest and roasted almond, rising over vanilla-touched oak and a gentle spice from the casks, inviting warmth and complexity.
Palate
Silky and richly sherried on the palate, with fig, raisin and orange zest unfolding over toasted oak. Velvety vanilla and almond mingle with a hint of cocoa, while spices of cinnamon and clove add warmth. A balanced, lingering finish that threads sweetness with refined oak.
Finish
Long and graceful, the finish unfolds with dried fruit, toasted almond and walnut notes, carried by a gentle sherry sweetness. Subtle oak spice and a trace of cocoa linger, while warm tannins fade to a refined, comforting glow that invites another sip.
