Tasting Notes

Colour

Deep amber with mahogany and copper hues.

Nose

Rich sherry-driven nose with dried fruits at center—figs, raisins and plum, lifted by orange zest. Toffee and dark chocolate glow behind, while toasted oak, almond and a touch of spice (cinnamon, nutmeg) lend warmth and complexity. A refined, mature malt aroma that hints at Christmas cake and lingering sweetness.

Palate

Silky and warming on the palate, sherry-driven sweetness coats dark fruit such as fig, raisin and date, with hints of cocoa and toffee. Spices of cinnamon and nutmeg mingle with toasted oak, delivering a long, balanced finish.

Finish

Long, warming finish with velvety sherry sweetness, dark dried fruits and cocoa, edged by toasted oak and a touch of spice that lingers softly.
