Rich sherry-led aroma with dark fruit and orange zest; raisin, fig and prune mingle with caramel, toffee and hints of cocoa. Spices—cinnamon and clove—rise over toasted oak, with a whisper of leather and honey, all creamy and inviting.

Palate

Full-bodied and warming, the palate glides through dark fruit and figgy sweetness, with orange marmalade and charred almond. A rich sherry layer coats the tongue—ripe raisin, cocoa, and a touch of leather—backed by bright vanilla and spice from oak. A creamy, velvety texture lingers into a long, satisfying finish with radiant warmth.

Finish

Long, warm finish steeped in sherry sweetness. Dried fig and cherry mingle with dark chocolate and toasted oak, while cinnamon, nutmeg and orange zest add spice. The 53% ABV cushions the warmth, fading gradually to polished wood with a gentle caramel-nut echo.
