Palate

Silky, full-bodied and luxurious, with a syrupy mouthfeel. Ripe dried fruit—apricot, fig and raisin—driven by Sauternes sweetness, layered with orange marmalade and honey. Subtle cacao, toasted almond and oak lend structure, while a kiss of spice—cinnamon and clove—keeps it balanced.
