Rich golden amber with warm copper hues and a sunlit, honeyed glow.
Nose
An inviting bouquet of orchard fruits and red berries, lightly sherried with a soft, warm sweetness. Raisins and fig mingle with vanilla, caramel and a gentle spice, while polished oak lends structure—an approachable, Highland aroma with bright fruit and refined warmth.
Palate
Silky and fruit-forward on the palate, with a gentle sherry lift that sweetens dark plum, raisin and red apple glaze. Nutty toffee and baking spice weave with dried fruit depth, while subtle oak and cocoa add depth. Medium-full, warm and balanced, finishing with lingering spice and soft sherry sweetness.
Finish
Silky and medium-length, the finish carries a gentle sherry warmth with dried-fruit sweetness. Raisin and fig mingle with orchard fruit, while soft spice and toasted oak linger, tapering to a refined, cocoa-tinted fade.
