With Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso casks at the heart of the range, these whiskies are known for their depth, texture and generous notes of dried fruit, chocolate, spice and oak.

Colour
Deep mahogany amber with ruby-copper glints, a burnished, wine-dark glow.
Nose
Rich dried fruits mingle with dark chocolate and orange peel, lifted by warming sweet spice and a veneer of sherry-soaked oak.
Palate
Full and rounded on the palate, this single cask profundity layers raisin and toffee with dark cocoa, while oak spice threads warmth through roasted nuts. The richness is supple and generous, conveying the Pedro Ximénez influence with a velvety sweetness that lingers, inviting repeated sips.
Finish
Long, warming and gently spiced, with lingering fruit and oak, as sherry depth expands into cocoa and roasted nut echoes that fade softly.
