Colour
A deep amber glow with coppery-gold highlights and a tawny, mahogany-tinged rim.
Nose
Coastal brine and sea spray mingle with ripe spiced fruit, balanced by vanilla-oak sweetness. The Pedro Ximénez finish adds dried fig and raisin depth, lending a maritime brightness that invites the senses.
Palate
Rich, spicy fruit leads the palate—prune, fig and citrus—carried by a subtle maritime brine. Bourbon-derived vanilla oak provides warmth, while the PX sherry finish adds depth with dark fruit sweetness. Balanced, creamy, and persistent, the coastal character lingers with refined spice.
Finish
Long maritime finish where sea spray lingers with vanilla oak, while spicy fruit notes emerge from the Pedro Ximenez influence, fading to a warm, coastal glow.
