Ripe dried fruits—fig, prune and raisin—rise with orange zest and red cherry. Cocoa, cinnamon and nutmeg provide quiet spice, while toasted almond and a whisper of leather add depth. The sherry influence brings warm sweetness, wrapped in polished oak and a soft, lingering finish.

Palate

Sherried and plush, this Highland malt coats the palate with fig, raisin and orange zest, backed by toasted almond and cocoa. Spices lift—cinnamon and clove—over warm vanilla and oak. At 50% ABV it carries its strength gracefully, finishing long and velvety with espresso, burnt sugar and dried fruit.

Finish

Silky and persistent, the finish unfolds with a gentle sherry sweetness, toasted almond and dried fruit, hints of cocoa and fine spice, and a velvety oak ribbon that lingers long, leaving a warm, contemplative fade.
